Description
Been collecting old cameras from thrift stores and flea markets ever since I was 16 years of age. My favorites are the old pull-out accordian types but I also have a huge penchant for these old art-deco box cams. I used them all for photography until I was down to my last vintage film roll and then the film became extinct.....
“The creative act lasts but a brief moment, a lightning instant of give-and-take, just long enough for you to level the camera and to trap the fleeting prey in your little box.”
Henri Cartier-Bresson (French Photographer, 1908-2004 :)

Interesting old camera's. Strange how they look like a set of today's modern speaker's. Perhaps this is where the designer's got their idea's from. Do you have any images to post from them?

I thought about collecting cameras a while back. I work in a thrift store and see plenty come and go. Nice portrait of these two oldies.
