UltraFractal, Xenodream, Poser, Bryce, Photoshop
A couple of revisions based on critiques (Thank you all for the suggestions!) Added the other leg, tweaked shading and opacity of layers, a few other minor tweaks.

Love this image, it's very cool, great imagination, great color. Reminds of something in a Tim Burton movie. I have tinkered with the idea of combining some Xenodream with Poser, now you've definitely inspired me! :-)

Oh Yes! This is now as close to perfect as you can get. Adding the right leg and working with the scaling on the left arm has made all of the difference in the world. Excellent work and a wonderfully executed creative piece.
