(I'm really down) Oh, babe, I'm upside down Oh yeh, yeh, yeh, yeh, yeh, I'm down (I'm really down) Oh, baby I'm down (I'm really down) I'm feelin' upside down (I'm really down) Ooh, I'm down (I'm really down)* Today I was given a steroid shot for my torn rotator cuff that I had managed to tear snowboarding. More ice packs and no swinging the twins for the next week. Dang, what's a Grandpa to do!! *lyrics sung by the Beatles The image!! This MB3D is a tweak etc. on Badsue's fractal "Stranded on Aexionia" of the other day. Also added my background to it in CS4.

I recently got a steroid shot in one shoulder and it not only helped my shoulder but my knees also.superb MB

I love the fractal looking like some magical fantasy land, it is superb. Good luck with your recovery, I know how bad shoulders can hurt as been through 2 shoulder surgeries which brought out my fms big time!! I wish you a speedy recovery, hugs Jane xx
