Description
Our 4-Star General Richard D.Head,has been put back into active duty on Spackovia.
After his treatment in the Spackovia-Mental-Institute our medics think he is back on his track and healed,and the ever so wise council decided to give him a new assignment.
He has been put in charge to chase the Shytla terrorists and their alcolytes and bring them to justice.
I am not so pleased with the decision of the council,as with the assignement the general has also a keycode to operate our Nuclear devices in the north (hehehehe).
Well lets say he seems very serene to me,but its hard to tell his mental state.we will see.the worst case scenario would be dropping the nuke in the wrong basket hehehehe.
In any case his “dossier”seems to be inaccessible,classified as top secret.

Hey where did you get that train the loco is painted in the colours of the old DX locos from the 70's it looks amazing.. Nice scene too Rene!! His motto I am told is "Hit them, hit them hard, and nuke their a$$e$ of the planet".. So this could be interesting!!

Mmmmm. I tend to agree with you Rene. He looks entirely TOO calm. You notice that way too tightly focused look? No good can come of this. I just LOVE the background in this one. You've filled it out perfectly, and the way you drifted bits of snow is so awesome.

Marvelous scene Rene. This very stern looking dude is scarey. Its hard to read him, either he is seriously considering using nuclear weapons on someone, or he is constipated its hard to tell the difference.
