Great modelling and all four pictures are very funny and cute. If you could apply some rusty metal texture to it, I believe it would look even better.

for a character based on simple primitives.. this little guy has tons of charisma!!!!!! Some times simplicity is better. Outstanding character - I'm inspired :)

wow thanks for all the comments ppls, i got over 100 hits wohoo!:D (im easily pleased) i may go rusty, i may not, nico has showed me many a picture of his with rust, im thinking a more dusted plain testure would work best. ive made a video of him running.... not much success, he seems to be flying whilst bobbing up and down, im still fildding! nah mike stick with the gothy thing:P then i can bung toy on ur laptop and we could animate a david and golioth scene to some tacky music! anyways, time to get back to c4d....

here a not really helpfull hint for animation ( i've done it this way and it took a really long time): first animate the legs, body and arms (one step each leg. go to the beginning of your animation and zoom up to the foot witch touches the floor. now move the whole robo frame by frame so the touching foot stays at its position. its an awfull work but i dont know a better way only using c4d. (at least you only have to animate 1 step each leg...then you can loop the sequence).
