A little explanation about our condo association concerning last nights posting. The complex was built about 25 years ago. Retiring people, averaging 65 years old, bought condos, at that time, in south Florida, in this condo complex. That means that most of the people living here are in their late 80s and 90s. We bought here in 2000. We are 69 and 71 years old. I am a member of the board of directors that manages this condo association. The aging process had taken three board members in 2011. We have a new board and I was elected president. The three new people, that were just elected to the board, are not prepared to take over any responsibilities at this time. So last years treasure and myself are running the association. I do not take the samurai sword to meetings. The sword is as sharp as a razor blade but is a reproduction. At this time, I am not able to post every day and I am way behind on my commenting. This is a Mexican style Pinata. It is full of candy and small toys. The younger children beat it with sticks until it bursts open and all the treats fall out. Everybody has a fun time and then the margaritas are served. Zoom works!
