A very sad today deveined They cut the old tree that looked like a monster. For the reason that the children of the owner had a fear as blue. I am very sad because the story reads well on this beauty . Thank you all for taking a time of reflection. Spécial a thank you for the favorites

Aujourd'hui Un bien triste évènement Ils ont couper cet arbre centenaire qui ressemblait à un monstre .Pour la raison que les enfants du propriétaire en avaient une peur bleu comme . Je suis très triste car l'histoire se lisait bien sur cette beauté . Mercis à tous de prendre un temps de réflection . Un merci spécial pour les favoris

Yeah Mickey, it is sad when nature has to be destroyed simply because "it doesn't look good" to someone. The tree is (was) beautiful. I used to be a logger and I cut down hundreds of trees in forests before I came to my senses and realized that we are killing the very things that allow us to breath....

get this one I was angry with my neighbor she had apple trees oranges lemons she had them all taken out my hubby was very upset ,her reason...she got tired of cleaning up the rotten fruit lol laz---eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeey Great and awesome although dead it's still pretty!!!!

What a shame to cut down such a majestic tree. It has character and beauty. I live in a rural area, I LOVE the trees and undergrowth. It really ticks me off when all these people move to the "country" then come in and cut down every tree on their property and plant the same boring trees they had in the city! WHY? Just stay in the city and leave our trees alone!! Sorry for the rant, but this kind of thing really makes me angry.

It probably would have to come down eventually because of the power lines. Still it's sad to see life destroyed. Great capture Mickey!!

I do not know if at least one person saw the skull and skeleton tree? In full-screen and a careful or you'll miss out on such lol. This is s good capture of the tree Mickey, and you made your point well by inserting the skull and skeleton haunting effect into the image. Still don't be sad my friend because it's clear thus tree has been around for a long time and provided protection and shade to people and wildlife. Instead be happy their removing it and doing their best to keep the area looking beautiful. Who knows, maybe when it is cleared out they will plant a small sapping in it's place to help start the glorious cycle of life all over again ;)

This news makes me sad. :( I had a tree that I loved so much bc it was so old and had such character. One day I stopped and took it's picture. A few months went by and we drove by there again for me to capture another picture of it, and someone had cut it down. :( I still feel sad in my heart for that tree. Most excellent capture my friend. :))) I hope another tree will be planted and I will pray that no one will cut it down. I am so thankful that you shot this beautiful image. :))))))) Thank you for sharing all of the beauty you see. :)))))) Carry A Smile In Your Heart :))))))
