I am bad about not putting credits, sorry.
The setting is DM Circle, the FX is Ron's Smoke, Spider Webs and some Lighting effects for Photoshop (simple brushes) from DAZ. The outfit is Twilight Huntress found here. The hair is Kouros hair. The Model is just V4 with elite body, some fantasy body and bodybuilder morphs...not sure which head I used. The skulls are from DM Legends.
You can't go wrong with DM Products (Danie & Marforno).
