Description

I had the great fortune and pleasure to photograph this redtail hawk for almost an hour today. He(or she)had just captured a resident pigeon at my place of work. Never far from my camera I grabbed it and climbed through a window to access the adjacent roof. I was able to move within 8ft of this magnificent bird. Had I not run out of roof I believe I would have been able to reach out and touch it. After pouring through almost 200 images I picked the 5 posted here as my favorites. Thanks for looking ImRassilon
