at -20 celsius i think it will be nice from me to feed the birds. because i made the photo through the window it's not perfect. a warm and wonderful day!! :)

Great looking capture of this hungry little fellow. We have some small birds like this that stay all winter as well. It is even more important to keep the bird feeders full for them in the winter. Thee are not many places for them to eat and with -30 temps they need more calories than in the summer just to create body heat.

Brrr! It'll be mid 70s here today, been a really warm and dry winter here, strange even for the desert, if we do get a winter now there will be an epidemic of Colds no doubt. Peace
