Zambezi river bridge, oeps bungee rope can break!!
It’s the border between Zambia and Botswana, the Victoria falls are upstream and the rainbow develops in the mist caused by the waterfall.
It was from this bridge that a young lady had the bad luck that the bungee rope broke, but see was so lucky to survive. (08-Jan 2012) You can see a bungee jumper on the photo with a guy to assist to get back to the platform.
Due to the huge amount of rain during the rainy season in the area, the water level was still very high, the highest since 20 years and so the Zambezi river not only with a lot of crocodiles, but with water as well!!!!!
We made in May/June 2011 a trip through the southern part of Africa ( RSA, Botswana, Zimbabwe and Namibia).
