Description
...did some digifiddling with this old (1908) Curtiss four-cylinder engine and liked the result enough to share it here:)
What is it? Factsheet for those who'd like to know a little more.

That's an interesting shot, and engine! Looks to be made of bronze but possibly you might have fiddled with the colors too.

Hmmm.... fiddling with that - I wonder what kind of music it makes? Quite an interesting construction. And quite unique, as such most likely don't exist. The choice of metals is interesting, as are their colors. The rods and rockers remind me of a marine diesel I once saw on a large passenger liner. I'm trying to figure out where you've been "playing the fiddle" on this - my guess is on the 4 pipes (can one play the fiddle on pipes?). They seem a bit angular. Thanks for the comments and suggestions on my last post. As for people photos, that would be difficult considering I can't turn off the flash. But I can go in and take some photos of the architecture, though I believe the ball room is locked when not in use. Keep up the good work! :-)

They don't make em like they used too really applies here. You can't even se an engine these days for all the electric brain boxes, pipes and wires whatever they are fitted too. A real work of art Bill :)

i have to admit that my technical knowledge tends to be of the photographic type and there it stops. However i can appreciate the sense of designthat goes into producing such complex pieces as this and with this in mind this is superb
