Description
Frank Pikzz buys all the ruins and territories he can get around newCydokk.
He pays ridiculous prices and robs people of their existence.he only walks in company of Steamshatter guards.
Old Torba is ruined and he begs for a better price,he will get a few smacks with the bat I presume to make him more cooperative and sign that darn paperwork.
Nobody knows the Pigzz intentions about what to do with these vast aquirements.
Rumors say he is only a frontman for the Shytlas and their Mob.
First they let this town rott and go bancrupt.
80 % of the plebs have no jobs,criminality and drug consuming rises.
That’s when the Shytlas will step in,they build new facilities and Autobahns/roads, giving the people a job.
To get a job its of course very useful,even necessary to have the right party book.the stonky-stonk partybook of course.this way they control the city poco a poco.
Give me your vote baby and I feed ya.

I see this is the piggy that lived in the brick house so the big bad wolf could not get him. I bet he lives in terror of the big bad wolf and is buying up all the brick buildings he can, so he will always have a shelter near by.

A cool scene, Rene! Most entertaining fantasy scene and writing! Seeing the Pikzz last name reminded me of a play on words for a comic character years ago. He was a fictious artist name of Pablo Piggzzzazzzole. I get a chuckle out of it everytime I get some innocent to read the name outloud. It kind of rolls off the tongue.
