It is surprising to find him in the desert. One of his clan was a Protector for the Skraelings Courtesans, up North.

Marvelous desert and desert atmosphere. This world really seems to have been made into a wasteland. Great ruins. Intriguing and beautiful characters. Love the prehistoric beasts you use throughtout this series. Excellent.
