Description
Don't start something if you don't want to keep it on :o)
Munsters are creatures of habit, if you do something once, it has to happen everytime :o(
An example:- I usually have my breakfast about 9.30. Even though the girls have been out & had breakfast, I can guarantee that as soon as I open the cupboard to get my cereals, Jasmine is out of her bed & looking at the treat cupboard. "Oh no" says I, go & settle. Does she NO. So I open the back door because I know she will want to go out just as I sit down, oh yes she will, she does it everytime :o) This morning was the same, I open the cupboard, she gets up & stands looking at the treat cupboard, I open back door, she doesn't move, so I close the door, she sticks close to the cupboard giving little woofs. Oh flip I think, I gave into her yesterday & gave her a treat, what have I done!!! So I gave in & gave her & Meadow a treat, in the treat bin I saw a packet of treats that I can take to training tomorrow for them, so put on top of the microwave to put in bag later. I sit down for breakfast, sure enough Jasmine knocks on the door, she wants to go out, I let her out & sat back down with my breckie. She comes back in I hear a rustle, thinking it is my son taking a pack of biscuits out of the cupboard I didn't bother too much. Then I thought, I don't think it is & went to see & as you can see it was Jasmine pinching the treats I had put on the top of the microwave. How on earth she thought she was going to get away with it I haven't a clue :o) I know that the whole treat, going out thing will start again tomorrow morn when I open the cupboard to get my breakfast :o( As I said creatures of habit.

LOL very cute pic of her caught red handed, (or red mouthed i guess). From the sound of your story I wonder now who is training who. It sounds to me like she has you well trained. :) I know that is how it was with Glenda and I when we still had Misty. She would dream up some strange rules and nothing could talk her out of it.

Loved the story of Jasmine pinching the treats, and you are right about how quickly they can come to expect treats at a certain time once you give in. Nice work on the photo also Barbara, she looks so adorable and innocent here.

Hmmm and oh dear they seem to be in charge lol!!! Love the pic of Jasmine with that sort of guilty but sweet look of "I couldn't help it Mum it was my tummy that made me do it, not me" ha ha!! hugs and love xxxxxxx

Oh come oooon, look at her, how can you NOT let her get away with it :) My Ben is ok, if I say no it is no and he leaves me alone BUT Eddie on the other hand , he is so darn persistant, he just stares me down with those big hazel eyes. So I give in to Eddie and then I have to give Ben something too cos it would not be fair. They eat me out of my house soon enough.

LoL love the story and Jasmine... Cassidy has my girlfriend trained, when she comes in the door to visit she goes straight to the treat jar and gets Cassidy a treat....

Well if I was you I would get my breakfast stuff out at the same time I gave them breakfast then I wouldn't need to go to the cupboard and put it away later when the girls went out doors .. one learns these tricks with dogs and cats.. gotta think smart lol.. How did she get the treats off the top of the microwave? She looks so busted...

ROFL! It's not just the Munsters who are like that! I did the same thing, made the mistake of giving them a "cookie" after their lunch the other day. Now neither boy will leave the kitchen until they get their dessert after eating their lunch! Clever clever Jasmine! She is training you SO well!
