Description

Thanks to T-Rex a user here, I found out that this is a raptor like in Jurassic Park and not a T-Rex. See the inset picture of what a real Velociraptor should look like. I think Jurassic Park the movie and the artist that created this raptor took some poetic license in creating the raptor image.

The interesting fact is that while Jurassic Park 1 ("You're A Sick Park", where the tourists are fed to the animals, ha, ha!) was being filmed, a team of paleontologists were unearthing what came to be called Utah raptor, or also Spielberg raptor, due to its large size, similar to the ones in the film. Thanks for correcting the photo and including the raptor image. I agree that McDonald's has definitely taken some liberties, but, it's a very "cool" raptor and sure attracts attention. And, yes, all images and models of dinos are a bit "taken libery with" since nobody has actually seen a real dino alive, except ME!. Thanks for the post! Keep up the good work! :-)
