Description
This past weekend in Bloemfontein, Kayla and I took a walk in the reserve bordering my brother's property. She found it a great joy to throw pebbles in the water of this dam and I found it almost impossible to get a picture as she never hit the water twice in remotely the same area. I was also taking pictures with one eye and keeping the other eye on her, making sure she doesn't fall down the 15ft to the water! This was a lucky one despite missing the splat!!
When I saw the image I thought of how our actions and choices in life make ever growing circles influencing our future path... Deep for a Saturday evening - I know!

I'll bet this is one of those things Kayla will remember always...throwing pebbles/rocks for grandma to try and get the plonk/splat:) I've tried this without results anywhere near this good. Like it.

This is every bit as expressive as the splash would have been! I can hear the sound, see the splash of water, feel the resistance of the stone dropping through the water. It's visceral and immediate ... quite easy to relate!
