In the meanwhile, the Neckar river is completely frozen. But there are people who feed the birds.

great pic, awesome lighting!!! TG they made an opening (in the ice) too here were lots of people that took their toddlers to feed the duckies but when the weather turned nasty they didn't bother to show up
