It's on 14 deg F here and I've been cold all day. I think I will snuggle up with a warm blanket and a book and see if that helps.

A warm blanket and a boot? Maybe the boot has magical warming properties? grins only kidding, I know what you mean. I've been making hot chocolate with stevia and coconut milk.. mmmm.. and I have my snuggy too! The rain came out very nicely! I like this outfit and it does seem to fit a character who might be paid to cast rain spells and the like. Makes for a cool character - would love to read her tale.
