Try using Babelfish at Altavista. http://babelfish.altavista.com/tr It gave the (incomplete translation): "The model is still incomplete. My first attempt, a car "fresh from the factory" too rendern." Babelfish stumbled on the (German) placement of the verb "to render". You can fix this in your mind as "My first attempt to render a car 'fresh from the factory'.".

Incredible work! Hard to tell if the background was actually modeled (the road looks a bit too clean for a photo), although you can almost see the ground plane used to receive shadow. Would have been even more terrific if you could see through the cabin of the pick-up. Nice one!
