Description


Currently under restoration this 1927/1931 “Whitney Straight” single-seater Duesenberg belongs to the Brooklands Museum in the UK. Driver R L (Jack) Duller, lapped the banking at an average of 135mph reaching 143mph on the straight at Brooklands racetrack in 1937!

And no safety of any kind... You would not mind them highly paid then would you, but they were not.. Unlike todays, safety covered (SLOWER) drivers that are over paid.. World gone mad.. What a great car! Rob
