Description

This time it was a pair of shoes hanging over the bridge support. The pier also seems a place to discard broken skate boards. There must be some reason for all this... Have a great weekend, I know I will! Clive

For some reason it's popular here, at the end of the school year, for kids to tie their gym shoes together and throw them up onto power lines. Strange custom!

In the old army when we had draftees, they would do this with a pair of army boots when their term of enlistment was up. Boots strung up this way were "Short Timer Boots" celebrating freedom:)
