Created in Ultra Fractal 5 using the Image Tiles coloring which permits import of an image. Ref: MadUF5_0333 I have been uploading my UF5 Flower Groups into the Free Stuff area here on Renderosity and have received some favorable feedback on same. In this image I used my Flower Group 009 image which can be found in Free Stuff by browsing in Fractal. Whle playing around with Paint Shop Pro X4, I discovered I had some Picture Tubes of real plants and leaves. Picture Tubes on a transparent background where you save as a PNG file make excellent images for import into UF5 and the Image colorings. "Simple Flowers" is made up of two imported images (the flower and the leaves) and uses a background I created for the image "Painted on a Fence" that was uploaded here on 9/11/07. One of the things I like about Ultra Fractal is the reusability of layers into a new image simply by dragging the existing layer to the new image window. This way I don't have to recreate the wheel and provides fodder for interesting tinkering. Take a look at my Flower Groups; they are all released here in the public domain and include a ufr file for easy opeing in UF5. Additionally, you will find a 1000x1000 png file to put in your UF5 Images folder.
