...at our Carnival Day *Rose Monday* *Rosenmontag* ,made a Collage of Costumes out of my Roof Window... little Dragons are hungry , a sweet Mushroom wait, Smurf it's runs through the City, an Eagle talk and drink ,an Icebear at mobile phone,a Nun escapes ;) Have a nice Day and Thx :) -------------------- edit : Rosenmontag (Rose Monday) is the highlight of the German "Karneval" (carnival), and is on the Shrove Monday before Ash Wednesday, the beginning of Lent. The "Mardi Gras," though celebrated on Tuesday, is a similar event. Rosenmontag is celebrated in German-speaking countries, including Germany, East Belgium, Austria, and Switzerland, but most heavily in the "Hochburgen" (carnival strongholds), which include the Rhineland, especially in Cologne, Bonn, Düsseldorf, Aachen and Mainz. In contrast to Germany, in Austria, the highlight of the carneval is not Rosenmontag, but Faschingsdienstag (Shrove Tuesday).

LOL, You forgot the South of The Netherlands, Susanne. Here all shops are still closed because of Carnival. Superb collage. I once was a blue smurf too, but that was long ago, now I only am sometimes 'in the blue'.
