Description

This city came about from a tutorial I was following when I went a little crazy with the Greeble plugin for 3DS Max. I added a Vue atmosphere and it came to life, so it's mostly Max but with Vue's great atmospheres. See all my work at www.maxq3d.com plus some other versions of the same image.
