Description

Point Lonsdale Australia. I've never actually tried bodyboarding but it looks like fun! Best viewed zoomed.

I guess it would be harder to be knocked off if you're closer to the board but it does look like fun Great capture

I'd like to try that too! Mike and I will hop the next flight out of SEATAC (Seattle) and be right on down;-) Looks like the guy on the board is making eye contact.

It is fun, even without the board, but the injury rate is very high. Fans of this look for steep shores which give large breaking waves close to shore and getting plowed into the sand causes a not of neck injuries.

I wish...I am not that flexible or graceful

I'll stick to stand up then! I don't fancy breaking my neck!

As one who lives by the coast in Cornwall and who loves the sea I really appreciate this. We have our share of boarders here too :)

Wear a wetsuit - the sand on the board rubs your tummy raw otherwise - I know!! Super surf scene, Clive

What a beautiful secluded beach - and I don't think you have to worry about 'salties' this far south - am I right?

Great image (& thank you for getting the horizon straight - one of my pet hates!). This is much more accessible than the standing-up version, which is wholly unnatural & should be illegal ;)
