Description
Torvosaurus tanneri is a genus of large theropod dinosaur that lived during the Late Jurassic period (about 145 million years ago) in North America and Portugal.
It reached up to 11 meters (36 ft) in length. Torvosaurus is related to the earlier Megalosaurus.
