Description

Known officially as Toltek Station & Space Observatory, when approaching the station for the first time, one can't but wonder what this very colorful entity is made of. And well may they wonder, the station is made up of waste material from a hundred worlds, everything that could be used for building was used. But the big thing that's noticed is the colors, they come from the spray cans of several thousand graffiti artists who have visited the array over time. It started out as a prank, but then the powers in control decided they quite liked the effect, so they let it be known far and wide they would welcome artists from across space to to add their work. Over the last few centuries some of the top graffiti artists have added their touch, it as become known as Graffiti Prime, and is a prime tourist attraction.
