Description

This was at another mansion in Newport, RI. I think the mansion was being used by a college or university as offices. There were no signs for the name of the college or to keep out. The plaque said: IN MEMORY OF Emeria Tobin, RSM Academic Dean (1953-1956) DECICATED BY THE MISPO FAMILY
