Ok here is my latest Contest-Pic
It works from a distance of 5 meters underlined with smooth chilling music - just a magic moment for me :)

That is a great atmosphere. Some points: can you give the snow a "deeper" look? I don't know quite how it would work, perhaps adding a bunch of layers with all 30 meter depths? I think riddleboy may know something about it...(i think it would give the terrain a smoother look to it) same on the more distant hills. Also, I would make the line between snow and rock sharper, so you don't get those shallow looking snow patches? And can you also get a little more light on the rock, to give it a more burning orange look? And most importantly, what music do you suggest? I'd go with "Book of Days" by Enya. Oh, last thing. BIGGER, pleeease. I think it would have a better effect if it were more expansive. Maybe not just larger render size, but how about a wider field of view. Sorry about all the comments, I do like it though, that's why I want to see all the nit picky details fixed! applause for the work!
