Description

Spring seems to be in the air today. Took lots of shots of my favourite purple crocusses (crocii?) in the garden. They are the best colour in the garden at this time of year. Lots of ladybirds around too, so seemed a good opportunity to try & shoot both. Used Canon's F2.8L 100mm macro lense with the 5D and set the focus point to the right of the 9 available. Fired off a few shots in servo mode as L.D.Bug climbed out, checked screen and tried again. L.D.Bug had to be substituted several times due to exhaustion. Got one shot at F2.8 I was happy with and another at F22 - which was a lot easier. L.D.Bug has now taken out a restraining order. Thanks for looking, ~Steve~
