I once sought out St. Paul Seminary then 9500 miles later my car quit just up the freeway from Calvin College where my cousin Larry was attending seminary. Unlike Lackland AFB OCS there was no open way in. It was no problem. After a day sitting in the sun by the Veteran's Memorial I spent the night at Mel Trotter's Rescue Mission at teh recommendation of a YMCA resident and then walked the 75 miles to the K-mart where my cousin Dick was manager. I was born near the Tomah Indian School converted to a WW-II code school. Do you think that is where my instinct for coincidence comes from?

Excellent capture of this old building. It looks a bit miserable - but is it saved for its history? :o)

doggone shame it's been allowed to fall into such disrepari! It could've been an awesome apartment building or some such. Love this shot though. I love how the windows go from squared off to slightly curved at the top to arched on the third floor!
