MB3D Thank you for stopping for a closer look. Any and all comments are welcome and appreciated. This image was developed from scratch. It is a fairly basic image. When making it at 800X600 this was actually a tight knot. But when rendered at 32002400 it came out as you see. I'm not sure why sometimes an image changes when you use the larger size but this time it was a pleasing result. Brilliant work and amazing details in full zoom which I notice I am the first to look at so far, odd that more people don't open the work up to really enjoy it and see the details. So any signs of spring up your way yet, you need to get that camera out and capture some of it. :) nice work!!

In this case I think it's the Helix formula itself that does that, the Helix throws the DE out of whack with the stretch factor, also I see you have analyticle DE off which compounds it. Regardless it's a cool looking piece, nice job. Peace PS You're right, I do have a thing for Spheres, I find them Mystical, the perfect Shape. When Pope Benedict asked Giotto to prove his worth as an artist Giotto drew a perfect circle, freehand. Perfection. It's a powerful message.
