All clap. This leads to a dead end. Even though I'm unpopular, here are some tips. When using a background image should explore man, where is the natural light source. This in the program as the main light in the correct color position. Thus, the shadow on the body are correct. Sunlight in the forest, the light turns green light. By the leaf filter. Think of the post in light shade Reytrace under and near the feet. The head-light, I would create no shadows in pure white. Only in scenes adapted to brighten the background. A forest reflect much ambient light from different directions on the body. 6 shadowless lights in small green, yellow and white distributed around the object makes it more realistic. No offense. CS
