2nd Lt. George Welch who along with 2nd Lt. Ken Taylor took off from Haleiwa Fighter Strip to intercept on December 7 1941.

Another golden oldie I'd forgotten about....I really should check what exactly I have got over there :-) This is excellent, the smoke trail is very realistic and again the canvas effect adds to the overall quality of the piece. Got to be a fave and my new desktop wallpaper, excellent aviation art....

A mighty fine work! Love the canvas effect, it works SO well.. You asked about where I was on the F-16 shot? Well they were placed so you could walk either in front (I was up against a barrier), or as you saw, at the back.. You could get close, I did not need a zoom! Lets put it that way! lol Rob
