My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

Great shot. I'd usually consider the leaves partially obscuring his face to be a hindrance & discard the photo, but it works very well here & actually makes the photo more interesting...

Hey, you've some brilliant shots, neighbor. What a great catch here....and you didn't point out it was a dry day! I know what you mean about "standing still," usually just long enough for you to think, "that would make a great phot...." Thanks for your kind comments. I've been away from the photography galleries for a while. A hat-tip to you...Edmonds/Muk, huh? That might be Picnic Point. Well, I might be behind the wheel of one of those blue and white buses down there, but mostly I'm way up north, on the southern approach to Lake Cavanaugh.

Wonderful capture! I know how hard it is to get these little guys! For all those that don't know, we already have baby squirrls here. I have had several calls in the last 3 weeks. It feels like the season starts earlier each year. Tara, I love this shot. It is so very "squirrel"!
