Hello to one and all...
Well dag namit it' must be Friday already and without further ado here is another landscape, scenic, rural setting from the pages of my imagination once again created for your viewing pleasure....
This one took a little longer than most simply because of the magnitude of models being used and of course Bryce has it's hissy fits when you attempt to draw the scene closer for foreground details...always has....(sigh)...anywho...
Thought it turned out rather nice and thought it was worthy of it's right to join my art gallery here...So with that ....hope you like!

Great old time feeling scene. I love the light and amber color. It really gives a sense of the northern mid west US. Really nice POV and compositon.

Beautiful fall scene Will and I like the fall colors in the foreground. I also like the tanker truck vs the RailRoad tanker car. Nicely done!

thanks for your visit to my gallery, Will, it's a pleasure to be visited by someone who knows & lives so close to some of Wright's wonderful works (and famous center---and even infamous legends). I've heard of & seen pics of & studied House on the Rock, and of course Taliesin & some of the homes out there. But I've never been there. (Hard to believe for a Wright lover!) As for your gallery, after looking through a number of your images, you obviously have done a number of themes, but one of them seems to be an american midwestern version of "the mystery & melancholy of the street"...It's the title to a famous De Chirico painting (on the chance you don't know it), and while your pieces are much more spacious (and very american), the title somehow applies. You capture the strange, open mystery of the midwest, and it's late day/night and early morning quiets, the big chrome-y presence of structures & trucks against all that open space, and the sense of mystery surrounding it all---very different from the 'popular' notion that the american midwest is sunken in sameness and dullness. (Anything but.) The dark sky in this piece, along with those Dakota-like mounds in the background, are solid counterpoint to the misty light that suddenly bursts into the piece past the bridge. (You obviously know midwestern & western mists.) And the stark reds really make one realize how much life there is in these scenes. Your choice of fall colors, in front, matches it all. You got the feel of this huge mysterious landscape, as you do in many such these scenes. Fine work. I'll come back for more down the line...and as a 2D artist whose knowledge of 3D extends to a "box" I once made in Sketchup (which took me 2 hours, and trust me it wasn't a great box), I haven't a CLUE how you 3D-ers do all this: But if you asked me if I knew this was Bryce, I'd have never said yes. It's 3D, but I didn't know one could do all this with Bryce. You know your program, that's for sure...
