Description

Back to Key West, Florida. This sculpture, part of a fountain display, was in the doorway of the Wyland Galleries on Duval Street. A night shot and no flash allowed. This piece was about 15 feet (4.572 meters) high and with a very glossy surface. A beautiful piece of art. Thanks for stopping by, taking a look and for all your previous favs and comments. I could live with this sculpture I can see it in the middle of my lawn,I'm not a great fan of flash and your shot looks great without it, some of the paintings look like they might be worth a look as well.

Nice shot Dana! I believe I saw this sculpture in the gallery of the same name in Hawaii, or perhaps a smaller version of it. Their gallery was awesome and I recall a large humpback whale carved from a single block of solid walnut (if I remember correctly). I believe it was 10 feet or more long and exquisite! I know exactly where I would go if I came into a lot of money!
