Description

Bryce7Pro/DazStudio/Photoshop/Photoscape In the past two weeks we have lost two greats in the SciFi world...Ralph MacQuarrie,the illustrator who brought Lucas's world to life with his pre-production art passed away last week,and this week saw the death of the French visionary Moebius.Both had a huge influence on my work,and will be missed! Figures are Daz's Lo Rez Maintenance workers with Bryce mats applied.Ship is a Bryce6 model with a Daz seashell mat applied.Terrains are textured in a Seriously Real Material.Sky,light and atmo are all custom.Postwork in Photoshop included a levels adjustment,detailing to figures,resizing and signature.In Photoscape I added a bloom effect.Thanks for viewing,and for any comments you wish to leave!

Both will be sadly missed, true visionaries are a valuable commodity. I first saw Moebius' work back in the 70's via "Heavy Metal" magazine when I was a kid, a truly unique illustrator and artist. Great sense of scale here and a very nice tribute for your muses.

Sad to hear such news. One thing I miss about using Vue, these days, instead of Bryce is not being able to use those Seriously Real textures. Nice work.
