Description
Well I had this superb Discovery mesh by Sean Kennedy here, and another superb podbay mesh by Alvatar... why don't join them together ? Then on a second thought I realized this setup deserved a more detailed showing than a close up, so I imagined the entire pre-launch situation, with a sort of drydock.
Spacepod by Andy Crook, Space Station V by Michael Powell, Dave Bowman astronaut by Max Grueter. The drydock is a quite quickly done by me mesh made up of some ISS station pieces...

I don't remember anyone else ever depicting an assembly/pre-launch scenario with 2001's Discovery. Well, maybe someone else has, but I, personally, have not seen such. What a clever idea! I wonder what classical piece of music would have accompanied a scene like this? Sincerely, Bill
