Description
First I want to thank everyone who has my last picture, "Young Barbarian" commented so nicely. Thank you!
So we continue with the theme of "man".
Well, there are not all young and sexy.
There are also those specimens that have managed to stage a coup by word and deed to power. Especially at times when the church was the second force in the state.
Many feared more than before excommunication from the death penalty. This gentleman is Cardinal Richelieu. He was also called "red eminence" and was relevant consultant and minister of Louis XIII,. His main goals were to redesign an absolutist state in France and the End of the Habsburg hegemony in Europe.

Der Typ selber zählt nicht zu meinen Favs....er ist über Leichen gegangen...der Zweck heiligt die Mittel....die personifizierte Kirche halt. Ich habe mir Bilder von Richelieu angesehen....Hut ab, Crudi!! Sehr gute Arbeit. Der Wiedererkennungswert ist enorm.
