Cilantro leaves
Orange juice
Rice wine vinegar
Lime juice
Honey
Garlic clove
Ginger (minced)
Vegetable oil
Salt and pepper
Salad:
Spring salad greens
Red bell pepper (julienned)
Yellow bell pepper (julienned)
Sweet Maui onion (julienned)
Cucumbers (peeled, seeded, sliced)
Tomato (peeled, seeded, cut into wedges)
