Description

This Is the corrected GTR. I went back to the original Camaro model that I built and Swidhelm modified and UV mapped. The original body shape looks so much better than the reshaped version. I was able to correct everything with the mapping and mesh. I still have to model the gas, clutch and brake pedals, now that the footwells have been fixed. This also gave me the chance to make the seat a prop so that other seat options can be created and positioned for the driver character. The wing will also be a prop. the car now has a mapped gauge cluster that can be seen through the window in a couple of these renders, looks really cool. I would also like to create a couple of wheel options too, so that when more than one car is used in a scene, they don't have the same wheels. but we'll have to see if that's gonna work or not. I'm really glad that I was able to find a solution to the previous problems. :) thanks again to the car fans out there, hope you like what you see here. On a separate note... I just traded in my real life 2010 Camaro 2SS RS and another vehicle on Friday to get an AWD Chevy Equinox. So this model as well as the Muscle Car Reborn Model, are a nice remaining memory of what I went through to have that Beautiful car and the Privilege of owning it for a couple years. I had a tough choice, pay off the Camaro, or trade it in with my winter vehicle and drive a brand new 2012 Equinox off the lot, with no car payment and reduce my monthly bills dramatically. The economy is still not great here, so it was the practical choice, and I really love the Equinox :) I can always get another sports car down the road :)

I am sorry I don't care about cars and know nothing about them but I may say you have made a stunning work with that racing car ;-)
