I do not know what software you are using, but it appears this needs some antialiasing. The girl is great with that hat and the lighting is nice. Her left upperarm needs to be a tad shorter and a little softer with a more distinct hand. Its probably gonna take more time to put reigns in her hands. This pic is worth more work. I like the horse even though hes a bit diff~ He looks like hes out of a spanish painting I saw many centuries ago~ urr, I mean years, just seems like centuries when you pass 50~ LOL Good Luck.

Ok. This does need quite a bit more work, but it will be worth it. The creases on her arms are notorious in poser. You will need to either fix that in poser, or brush it out in a paint program. The horse looks completely out of proportion and a little too small. This may be because of the angle and lighting, but the image lacks depth. One thing I like to say is to not worry about getting the whole thing to show in one picture. Let the horses rump go off the picture, this will give more room to the girl, which is the focus of the picture. The hair didn't come out half bad. it does need some work, but all in all it is coming along nicesly. A hint would be to not worry about painting every strand of hair, but blocking in colors adn lightening and darkening in bits and pieces. Look at photographs and magazines for reference. The horse needs a texture and some work on the mane to make it look like hair. * Put some sort of background in this picture, or lighten up the background a bit. I have lost some of the details because of the black backround. All in all, it is a good start and I like that you have put some time and effort into manually posing these figures and painting in other apps to get the desired look. I hope my crits don't get taken the wrong way, and you use them to help yourself improve. Heaven knows that is how I was able to improve. Send me a message when you update, so I can take a looky!!!
