Description

Not my best, but up there with longest render time. Please zoom for detail. Original was 5000x3500. I made it smaller and smashed it down to meet requirements of rendo, so the quality is not there. My stab at being artsy-fartsey. This took me two days to finish. I did three renders. The first with simple lighting no AO which took hours to render, but had errors fixed and re-render with AO it took all night to render. Still has some errors fixed them and went back to simple lighting. Put my name on it, and gave up. I may re-render with AO before I go to bed. I got character "Engie" at DNA with award winnings a while back. Background wall came with poser. Swirly thingy was a freebie I thank-you to the unknown angel. Primitives I just gave them a glass mat and color. Song for this one is a fav: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tjcAXCaEMWs

This really is one stunning image Rick, and it's easy to see why it took so long to render considering all of the details and reflectione here.

Oh man, I don't know how many renders I've simply gave up on lol. Still, that's a darned big render! I've dome smaller renders that took more time (and looked cruddy to boot) I'd say the time here was well spent!

Well as I do my morning rituals here in the galleries and after reading and replying to your comments left earlier in my gallery and seeing you have a current one here as I progress along here this morning it gives me a chance to see just what kind of artist you are...(yes I said artist)..If you take the time and create something from your imagination then IMO your an artist... That being said.... This has a wide range of artistic endeavor...I see nothing wrong with this at all...Though I'm not a "character" art creator I do like seeing what others do with this type of art.I may not always comment on everything you create....I will though comment if it catches my attention...I'm not a robo-comment kinda guy...If what you create captures my attention I'll leave you my thoughts..It's really that simple from me... I see you listen to music while creating or use music as an inspiration to create.....me to!... Your song choice for this one was an excellent choice as I have all Moody Blues Albums in my Vinyl collection....Matter of fact I have Sirus 60'/70's Classic Rock Radio on at present and "Night's in White Satin just played earlier this morning...(smiles)... Gonna add you to my favorites simply because I see nothing wrong with the "Art" you create...(smiles)....

this is really weird.... most of the time, I can look at something and figure out how it was done - it this is one render - I don't know if I could do it - trippy.

Outstanding creation and I have to say that I thought that they were reflections but in zoom I find that they are different. So well done!!!
