Description

Somewhere in the mideast, somewhat invented, It's just the mosque wall sans "fauna". This is a repost of my last "Return from the Hunt". I have re-rendered with no animals I also played with mapping again, changed the lights, it's vertical instead of horizontal, and switched on 48-bit dither and premium AA with 16 rays trying to get the incisions on the rock. -*_ I hope places like this are preserved.,, It would be a loss to all of humanity if places like this were "hurt" in any way. I try to understand the strife but as an unbiased camera of an old painting, as a techician, I just love good stonework. -*- thanks for viewing, feel free to let me know what you think!

Everything works wonderfully for me, except for the ground. It doesn't feel as if it has any real depth to it, and you can tell where it's tiled.

Have to agree with RedSpartan about the ground! Maybe that texture in the terrain editor would do the trick! Other then that, its great! The patterns on walls and on the fountain is beautiful. ...and i still love the damaged walls! :)

That damaged stonework is excellent. I'm just starting a pic in a vaguely similar "mood" and it's given me a few ideas. Nice one.
