Description

Kailash, ‭ moon SOLARIS ‭ Episode 3: First night of Kailash. ‭ While inside the ship, it was equipped for a first outing, outside, around the ship shuttle, he seemed to have installed an absolute silence. The sky had finally become dark, and gradually the beautiful sunset gave way to the invasion of tiny lights, like fireflies, who settled on the vault become very obscure. Kailash,‭ la lune de SOLARIS ‭Episode 3 : Première nuit sur Kailash. ‭ Alors qu’à l’intérieur du vaisseau, on s’équipait pour une première sortie, au dehors, autour du vaisseau navette, il semblait s’être installé un silence absolu. Le ciel avait fini par s’assombrir, et peu à peu le magnifique coucher de soleil avait fait place à l’invasion de petites lumières, telles des lucioles, qui s’installaient sur cette voute devenue bien obscure. Le nombre des étoiles brillant dans cet hémisphère nocturne, éclairait beaucoup mieux la coupole au dessus de l’explorateur, que n’aurait pu le faire la Voie Lactée dans un ciel terrestre. ‭ Juliette, Robert et Aurélie, venaient de revêtir leurs équipements, excepté pour le casque devenu inutile. Les trois cosmonautes s’approchaient du tableau de commandes du panneau arrière de la navette, et les doigts des gants de Juliette LeCrabe allaient pianoter le clavier , lorsque la voix du commandant Martial Bielarus retentit dans l’habitacle. ‭ - Attendez vous trois...les caméras de surveillance de l’environnement immédiat du vaisseau, me montrent que le Cristal s’est encore déplacé sur sa dune... ‭ - Commandant, nous le savons déjà, que cet énigme ne cesse de se déplacer sans toucher le sol.. ‭ - Venez voir tous les trois...voilà une chose que vous ne pouviez savoir...regardez l’image de mon écran, Juliette, dites moi ce que vous voyez maintenant... ‭ - je vois des palpitations plus importantes de l’énigmatique cristal...mais...mais commandant...regardez aussi ce qui se passe autour de nous...c’est nouveau ça ! ‭ - Oui répliqua le commandant Martial, cela vient de commencer... ‭ - Vous parlez de ce brouillard commandant, coupa Aurélie...celui qui vient de la mer, et qui monte doucement par petits nuages, depuis le bas des dunes ? ‭ - oui c’est ça Aurélie, je ne comprends pas pourquoi cette nappe monte doucement sur le glacis de silice, qui se trouve au moins à une soixantaine de mètres au desus du niveau de cette mer...point de jets de vapeur d’eau, point de rigoles de liquide coulant depuis les dunes...mais qu’est-ce donc que ce brouillard... ‭ Aurélie, la jeune télépathe, fit signe à tout le monde de se taire... ‭ - je ne comprends toujours pas ce que je reçois comme message, mais je distingue quelque chose, comme une phrase doucement prononcée...cela se précise, commandant...c’est le cristal qui me parle...après des balbutiements très brouillés, j’ai entendu des groupes de mots plus intelligibles au milieu d’une espèce de galimatia. ‭ le cristal me fait comprendre que c’est lui qui fait ce brouillard...pour nous protéger...la nuit...la luminescence de ce brouillard... ‭ - c’est tout ? coupa le commandant...rien d’autre... ‭ - Attendez commandant...je perçois d’autres morceaux de phrases...pas d’ici, vous êtes...étrangers...cette planète...une lune...soyez en paix...pouvez...crainte... ‭ - Tout ce message est-il fort...agressif...un peu violent...? demanda Martial à Aurélie... ‭ - le ton est calme pas agressif...je reconnais les mots...paix...sortir...explorer.. ‭ commandant, on nous conseille de nous couvrir, et d’explorer doucement les alentours...pas de lumière autre...brouillard...celui qu’il fabrique diffuse lumière... ‭ - Bon résumons nous les enfants...prenez vos combinaisons de survie, chacun une lampe, ...branchez aussi votre chauffage automatique...la nuit doit être fraîche, vu ce brouillard...ouvrez bien l’oeil... ‭ Juliette, regardant son écran, une fois arnachée, fit le constat que la forme du cristal grtandissait, tout en glissant de quelques mètres encore...en tout la forme s’était déplacée de 4,854 mètres, et sa taille s’était agrandie ! ‭ - Bonne chance glissa le commandant Martial à ses trois équipiers qui allaient ainsi tenter une première sortie de nuit, hors du navire...une première nuit sur Kailash, un premier examen du cristal déjà baptisé «Crystalis»... ‭ C’est ainsi que le commandant voyait la situation, en regardant les dos de Juliette, Aurélie et Robert, dans leurs scaphandres d’explorateurs, agglutinés à nouveau devant le panneau arrière du véhicule spatial. ‭ En lui-même, il pensait à ces trois vies, à l’abri dans l’astronef, se hasardant dans quelques minutes au dehors, sur un sol apparemment dur, face à une entité qu’il devinait aux propos d’Aurélie, plus au courant d’eux mêmes que l’Etat Major aurait pu le croire... ‭ Une sonnette aigrelette au bruit lancinant troua soudain le silence du cockpit, et un sourd bourdonnement indiqua au reste de l’équipage, que le volet arrière de l’esquif se relevait, que son plan incliné glissait vers le sol, et que bientôt il serait emprunté par les pietinements de nos trois héros explorateurs...
