Description
A change from my usual poser stuff , at the request of my wife . This is the temple in Buriram where we had buddhist marriage ceremony after the official marriage at the Amper in Bangkok wifes family home about 10 mins walk from here where she had lived for the past 33 years before coming to live in UK last year. Picture was taken on mobile phone as can not take a camera in to the temple so quality is not the best thanks for taking a look

cell phone or not, this is beautiful and so interesting. All that intricate work and artistry in construction and decoration of this spiritual temple is breathtaking. I have always wanted to witness a Buddhist marriage ceremony and looking at this, I see why... the spirituality is as bright and uplifting as the significance of the ceremony.

Its not all fun though taking part , it was incredably hot no air con in a language I dont understand and In am 6ft 6ins tall and expected to keep my head below the level of the 5 ft tall monks , not easy for a couple of hours I can tell you!
