Description
Well that is what the gulls and pigeons think when they see this kite flying off a barge on the River Thames. Very effective in keeping them from 'tagging' or roosting on the vessels.
In the background is Westminster Bridge.

As Andrea says 'its a good idea'. We have them in Chard and we are 12 miles from the sea, they have become land gulls and are a pest. They try to nest on our roofs.

How fun! I've only seen a few of these "birds," mostly near the ferry docks. They look like eagles, which makes sense, since eagles are native to this area. (There's one here if you're interested in seeing it.) I love this one soaring above the river. The bridge detail in the background is marvellous!
