Description
In the new Districts of Spackopolis one building really sticks out,a 6 storey high tower of metal and glass, the “Spack-Tower”,this is where the council resides.
Here no useless subject enters,only the finest of people with serious business,no time for BS here.
Andreas Mc Coy has an important meeting here with His Galactical Highness “The Doc” (lol),the big man beeing real busy has no time to BS around either.Andreas comes here because he has been appointed Delegate for Transgalactical Affairs by Spacko Council.
As this is a very important appointment Andreas puts on his best Gala outfit.
Along comes his friend Harry Wank,as friend of course but also to make some money on the side as main (and only) photographer of the event,and he shoots already his camera at everything,well he is a pro,otherwise we would not have given him the job as anchorman at SpackNet-News.
The BEOs are on duty to protect the delegates and visitors.

In dem eben fertiggestellten neuen Regierungsbezirk von Spackopolis,sticht ein Gebäude heraus,der Spacktower.Hier residiert der Hohe Rat und auch der Senat.Hier kommt niemend ungebeten hinein.Hier wird die hohe Kunst des “vernünftigen regierens” ausgeübt.
Die Vertreter des Volkes haben keine Zeit für Warmduscher und Furzhälse.
Andreas hat natürlich eine Termin beim Hohen Rat,er soll dazu bestimmt werden Gesandter für Intergalaktische Angelegenheiten zu werden.
Natürlich hat er sich in Schale geworfen,und er wird begleitet von Harry Wank der natürlich die Exclusiv-Berichterstattung übernimmt.
Harry hält natürlich die Linse auf alles was da kreucht und fleucht.
Im Hintergrund sehen wir die Wachtposten bestehend aus einer Abteilung Beos.

Au fond on voit la “Garde du palais” les Beos.

The Spakko Towers standing imperial, erect and proud over the cowering and more unfortunate masses! I'm sure the robots are there for protection only but let's hope they don't short circuit and run amok, else we would have to have some emergency elections!
